This historic site is the Shitanoya Site, an archaeological site and nationally designated historic area in Tokyo. It is maintained as Shitanoya Archaeological Park where visitors can see reconstructed pit-dwellings and a site layout model that illustrate a Jōmon-period circular settlement.
