Overview

This historic Nichiren sect temple in Sumida Ward, Tokyo, was founded by Ota Dokan, the samurai who built Edo Castle. The temple grounds feature his gravesite and a three-story pagoda, and it is also a popular photo spot where visitors can enjoy a view of both traditional temple architecture and the Tokyo Skytree.
