This temple, known as the birthplace of sakuramochi (cherry blossom rice cakes), is located along the Sumida River. In spring, the temple grounds are adorned with blooming cherry blossoms, attracting many visitors for hanami (flower viewing). The iconic sakuramochi, a local specialty dating back to the Edo period, remains a popular souvenir.
